Titsey Place is located near Oxted and has an historic manor house, beautiful gardens and a lovely little Tea Room.


Please note that this is a self-drive event and the address is Pitchfont Lodge, Water Lane, Titsey, Oxted, Surrey, RH8 0SA.

The manor house dates from 1775, making a walk through Titsey Place a real step back in time.

We have arranged a guided tour of the five main rooms, which means you won’t be on your feet too long.

Also included is an Afternoon Tea with a selection of finger sandwiches, scones, mini cakes and, of course, tea/coffee.

The grounds are open from 1 p.m. and places are limited to a maximum of 30 people for this event. If we reach the maximum numbers, the guided tour is likely to be done in two groups – one at 2.30 p.m. and the other at 3.30 p.m.

The Afternoon Tea will be served after the tour. We will confirm exact timings for the day when we know for sure how many are booked.

The cost for Members is £27 with Guests at £33, which includes the guided tour, entry to the garden, Afternoon Tea and staff tips.

Cheques will be banked on or around May payday.
