Rural Life Museum and Afternoon Tea - June, 2023
We travelled in a midi coach for this trip, which was quite cosy compared to our usual coaches.
However, it gave us the opportunity to travel on a cross country route to avoid the motorways, which was great fun.
Our guides at the Museum – Gary and Neil - were really informative and very happy to share their knowledge.
After our visit we made our way to Lythe Hill hotel, Haslemere where we enjoyed a Deluxe Afternoon Tea. - Sue Russell.
"Thank you very much for yesterday, it was a very good trip. Rod enjoyed seeing all the old equipment, and Gary our tour guide was very helpful. The afternoon tea was excellent, and the hotel was in a lovely setting. Although the small coach was not ideal for comfort, we enjoyed our journey back through the country lanes, seeing all the lovely scenery on an ideal summers day.” - Jenny & Rod Holland
