Visit to Salmon Smokehouse & lunch - March 2022
What an excellent time we had at the Smokehouse during our visit.
Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from the staff, before getting kitted out in PPE-style clothing - pretty as a picture we all looked too!
Darren Matson took us down to the factory floor, where he gave us an insight into the smoking process and the highlight was watching him pin-bone and carve two sides of salmon before our very eyes.
After the demonstration, we made our way to the restaurant for the three-course meal, which was absolutely delicious! - Sue Russell
